As an experienced freelance writer, editor and marketing coach/consultant, Kathy offers a wide range of services with a single common thread — helping individual clients and businesses communicate more effectively with themselves or their customers.
Currently, she works mostly one-on-one or in workshops helping individuals overcome personal performance issues, such as limiting beliefs, phobias, bad habits and self-sabotaging behavior. Helping others move past the things that prevent them from pursuing and experiencing their true potential is both challenging and rewarding.
Kathy is skilled in many forms of energy work, including the Silva UltraMind Systems, Energy Medicine/Muscle Testing, and is an EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner. She has also been attuned to the rank of Reiki Master.
